Home cleaning & daily housekeeping
Concierge Services offers a professional, convenient, and affordable home cleaning service to all its residents. Our experienced staff can perform basic cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, and cleaning your kitchen and bath. In addition, the Cleaning Service can provide cleaning supplies, polish furniture, wash windows, and accommodate most special requests. By using Garrison Square Management you no longer have to worry about giving out additional keys or having to be at home to provide access.

Health Club
Residents can receive a greatly discounted membership to the Atlantis Sports Club, conveniently located in the Sheraton Hotel on Daulton Street. Here you will find state of the art fitness equipment in an elegant setting designed to allow you to exercise, entertain, or simply relax. The facility centers around a beautiful 60' swimming pool with a retractable glass roof. Included with your membership are complimentary fresh fruit breakfasts, newspapers, lockers, towels, and professional instructors. The club is open from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM year round. Membership is $79/single per month or $128/couples per month..

Dry Cleaning/Shirt Laundering/Shoe repair
You no longer have to carry your cleaning several blocks to and from the nearest dry cleaner. Each time your cleaning is returned, you will be given a fresh laundry bag and blank receipt. Simply fill the bag and leave it at our on-site office. Bags and receipts are available in our office for first time users. Cleaning will be charged to your credit card.

Carpet Cleaning
Have your carpets deep cleaned using revolutionary techniques. With our cleaners' techniques, you are not flooding your floors with large volumes of water, after cleaning there is a short dry time. One-bedroom units can be cleaned for $125; a two-bedroom unit will cost $155.

Garrison Coach
A luxury car and driver are available by reservation for our residents 24-hours per day. You
will no longer need to rely on other drivers who are not familiar with your building. Our drivers have years of experience, and will provide quality service to destinations within Boston, or throughout New England. Call for specific pricing. Call 450-9270 for details. Relocation Service
Moving Services through Isaac's relocation, a professionally fully-licensed and insured nationwide relocation company. Residents will receive preferred moving rates, quality service, and priority moving dates and times as well as other free benefits. Residents should call Concierge Services at 450-9270 to arrange a move.

Movie Tickets
See a movie for only $6.00 instead of the regular admission price. Provided in packages of six, they are good for any movie at Loews and AMC Theatres that has been playing for ten or more days. Tickets are $6.00 each plus a handling fee of $1.00. Each package
is $37.00.

Car Rental
Enterprise offers low rates to our residents for both business and pleasure. Call Enterprise directly at 1-800-593-0505 and give the agent the Garrison Square Concierge Membership Number #10E8495. Be sure to ask about any promotional rates that may offer a better rate, you never know. You must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license and a major credit card to be eligible for this program.

Personal Florist
Residents can purchase elaborate flower arrangements and original designs. Lotus Designs offers a combination of the highest quality plants and materials available, arranged with a fresh eye and an elegant sensibility. Visit Lotus Designs at 547A Columbus Ave, or call directly at 262-7031.

Automotive Service
Residents can get automotive repairs and service at Ell-Bern Service and Tire. Residents can have their car picked up from their door by Ell-Bern's technicians. Residents should call Concierge Services at 450-9270 to receive priority service.
