Denise Moreau, our Director of Accounting and Financial Services with over 15 years of accounting experience, oversees the accounting department. Property accounting systems are computerized and maintained on a day-to-day basis by the accounting department. The system tracks all property income and expenditures and provides concise information on actual expenditures versus budget. The system allows for budget forecasting so that we are always aware of how expenditures today will affect bottom line at year end. Budgets are calculated annually and are approved by Trustees prior to implementation.

The accounting department prepares monthly and year end financial statements, as well as monthly account statements for owners and residents. Thus, owners and residents can receive immediate answers to questions and sound advice regarding financial management and planning.
