Credit card payment/direct debit

For your convenience, Garrison Square Management is now offering two time-saving options:

1. We are now utilizing credit card payment for maintenance work done within your unit, such as garbage disposal replacement, painting, plumbing repairs, etc. In addition, credit cards are now being used for Concierge Services payment. Home Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Discounted Movie Tickets, Seasonal Firewood Delivery, etc., can be arranged over the phone instead of through time consuming return mail.
   
   
2. Direct Debit Payment of Condominium Fees is also now available. Complete and return the form at the bottom of this page along with a voided check to authorize us to withdraw your condominium fee directly from your checking account.
